Notice of Proposed Ordinance 395 Enactment | Notice of Proposed Ordinance 395 EnactmentCity Documents Notice of proposed ordinance enactment on Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at 7 p.m. in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida, the City Commission of Cedar Key shall hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider SECOND and FINAL reading of an ordinance entitled: . ORDINANCE NUMBER 395 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI, SECTION 6.00.03, LAWS OF CEDAR KEY, PROVIDING FOR THE OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS ON CITY AND COUNTY STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 316.212; CHANGING THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR DRIVERS FROM EIGHTEEN YEARS TO SIXTEEN YEARS; REQUIRING DRIVERS TO CARRY PICTURE IDENTIFICATION CARDS; ESTABLISHING NOTIFICATION STANDARD TO INFORM DRIVERS OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. If any person decides to appeal the decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at said PUBLIC HEARING, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. 10/19/05 |
