Shell Pile: Awaiting direction regarding proposed agreement with Cedar Key Aquaculture Association to
address garbage issues; On agenda.
Marina Immobilization Ordinance: Draft Ordinance on Agenda for 1st reading.
Leases: C& M Island Ventures, Inc.: 11/03/11 E-mailed Assignment and Assumption of Lease to City
Hall (Building Department) for execution by all parties; 12/13/11 received e-mail from City staff that all documents have been executed; awaiting copy for file; 02/06/12 and 02/10/12 e- mail communications with staff to follow up on copy for our file.
Beckham: Conceptually approved by Commission; recommend that the City enter into a formal written lease with tenant; obtaining information from city staff to be able to prepare lease; 02/10/12 follow up with city staff to obtain information to be able to prepare lease.
Purchasing Policy: Possible direction from Commission to proceed with new Purchasing Policy for all City procurement.
Sign Ordinance: Met on 01/26/12 with the Chamber of Commerce - Ordinance is now under review by Chamber of Commerce.
Cemetary: Draft Ordinance on agenda for 1st reading.
Local Business Tax: Researching Florida statutes and other resources to determine if condo owners/lessors are required to pay Local Business Tax; on hold until end of legislative session. |
