July 1901 - Upon motion it was ordered that W. A. Easter be awarded the contract to build the bridge near gulf Hammock P.O. known as the double bridge for $39.50.

June 1922 - Upon motion the Sheriff was empowered with the authority from the Board to employ an attorney to prosecute certain cases brought before the County Judge's Court, when deemed necessary by the Sheriff. The said attorney, was not to receive more than $25.00 per case for his services.
