Santa Visits Cedar Key

Santa Visits Cedar Key

Jim Hoy

Santa arrived at the Lions Club in Cedar Key on December 12 to talk with children. After careful interogation by the old gentlemen, each child received a gift. The event was sponsored by the Cedar Key Eagles, Drummond Community Bank, the Lions and Lionesses and the Volunteer Fire Department. The firefighters served supper, and a good time was had by all. (See the print edition (Dec. 15) of Cedar Key News for more pictures of the children`s Christmas party.)

Santa was greeted as he arrived by fire truck.

Not every child was happy to see Santa.

Some came prepared with a wish list.

Some came to party.

Some still believe in Santa.
