Cedar Key Postmaster Annette Kordgrien

Cedar Key's new Postmaster, Annette Kordgien took charge July 24. She is a life-long Levy County resident who most recently worked on detail for the U.S. Postal Service in Homosassa. She has been with the USPS for thirty-one years and is happy to say that she could have retired last year but enjoys her work a great deal.

When asked what attracted her to Cedar Key she said without a moment's hesitation, "Everything about Cedar Key is great!" She added that she remembers coming to Cedar Key as a child to go fishing with her grandfather.
