The Cedar Key police made their third arrest for driving under the influence in May eleven minutes into the twenty-first day of the month. According to a police report, Christine Elaine Feigin, 47, of Cedar Key was observed driving erratically northbound on State Highway 24 as she approached the Number Three Bridge. Ms. Feigin failed a roadside sobriety test and subsequently failed a breath test at the Levy County Jail.
