Giclee Prints to be Available in Galleries Across the US

"Winds Across the Marsh," by Susan Dauphinee

Cedar Key artist Susan Dauphinee has been selected as one of five featured artists to be included in a limited-edition run of giclee prints by Woodward Editions, a national publishing firm based in Jacksonville. Six of Dauphinee`s original works, "Reflections on Cedar Key," "Birds on Winding Marsh," "Noonday Reflections," "Pastel Reflections," "Marsh Shadows," and "Winds Across the Marsh," will be available as giclees.

"We are thrilled to feature the work of Susan Dauphinee," said Jessica Davis, president and co-owner of Woodward Editions. "While her work is fresh and exciting, it is also familiar; it feels like home. We feel so fortunate to be able to have her in our portfolio."

Susan Dauphinee is known for her impressionistic approach of Florida`s coastal landscapes, rivers, lakes, and marshes. Dauphinee has been awarded Best of Show and First Place at arts festivals throughout Florida. Private and corporate collections include: numerous hospitals, banks, Marriott Hotels, The Walt Disney Corporation, Anheuser-Busch, Loews of Miami, and offices of government officials.

"The reason I chose to go with Woodward Editions is because I was wanting to do reproductions of my work. A reproduction company approached me several years earlier but my experience with that particular company was not a pleasant one. I have known the owners of Woodward Editions for several years and have had a good working relationship with them. I knew Woodward Editions would be a successful, reliable and enjoyable company to work with."

Woodward Editions` giclees are printed on the finest archival papers available. In addition, pigmented ink is used to achieve archival museum-quality prints without compromising color vibrancy. This combination of paper and ink results in a fine art print with a lifespan of 100+ years when protected from UV lighting.

To learn more about Susan Dauphinee and Woodward Editions, visit Fogle Fine Art & Accessories, 3312 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, 32207 or see the website at www.woodwardeditions.com. The prints are also available through the artist by calling 800-634-1465.
